1)Purchasing Procedure:
1. Detailed requirement for customers (e.g. budget, type, fabric and oriented group etc.)
2. Operator will hand in clothes suggestion and resolution
3. Bilateral discussion on clothes suggestion and pattern and then decide the final resolution
4. Sign the contract and customer give advance payment
5. Confirm the illustration according to the details discussed by the customers and us
6. We will make pattern and draw a design according to the requirement of the customers (batch decide draw a design or not)
7. We will strictly product in batch within order time after the confirmation of pattern
8. We will strictly supervise the product quality and deliver all over the country
9. We will supply network delivery service and send the clothes products to the branch companies (office) set in some cities and service according to the requirement of our company.
10. When the customers check and accept the products and give remain payment, we will supply after service
2)Delivery Clause :
The customers will receive all the ordered clothes during period of contract after confirmation of order.
3)Balance Clause:
In order to assure the validity of the order, we will get 30% to 50% after signing the contract and get the remain payment when delivery.
We will supply the preferential discount according to number customers ordered and the final price discussed with the customers.
4)Quality Guarantee:
We promise unconditional return and change product when quality problem occurs during hand and check clothes
