2、We guarantee that the quality criterion consistent with sample and products. If problems of products quality occur, we will take on all the responsibility of breach of faith and propose resolution and afford all the cost. If new staff added for the customer, we promise the new added clothes is same with sample and promise on time.

3、As for the problem of technique and after service, we will answer and solve the customers’ problem by our special technical service department. We will supply the relevant date, situation and file for the customers. We will give free consultation for the customers before sale, in sale and after sale. 　　

4、We will take responsibility to return to repair, change and reprocess for the problem we made for quality and measures (in 3 days after delivery). We will afford the cost. 　　

5、If the problem of the production causes by bad washing and care, not the quality, we will explain clearly to the customers and take a series remediation measure.

6、As for the special and personal man-made quality problem, for example, clothes worn and allocating problem, we will supply the service for pay.

7、During two years, we will supply the complementary size and order and repair free.

8、We will keep the units and person in archives by computer, so as to the convenient service need.

9、During the delivery and consignment, our technician will solve the customers’ problem and satisfy the customers’ requirement
